Clean Getaway.

A detailing shop whose website answers the phone.

Clean Getaway is a mobile detailing company in Kennesaw, Georgia. There is no shop for customers to sit in, because the van drives to them with its own water and power. That business only works if a stranger can find it, understand what it costs, and book it without waiting on anyone. So the site publishes its prices, and the assistant behind it answers on chat, on the phone, and by text.

01 The brief

Local buyers decide fast, and usually on a phone.

A mobile detailer competes against every other shop in the metro on the same search result. The ones that win are the ones a customer can price and book without a phone call they were not ready to make.

So the site leads with the thing most detailers hide. Packages are priced on the page, from a maintenance wash up through heavier correction work, and the headline says the two things that actually separate this business from the shop down the road: prices up front, and we come to you. Underneath sit the parts that convince a stranger it is a real operation, which is before and after work, reviews, the towns covered across northwest metro Atlanta, and the people who will be standing in the driveway.

The structured data is written for how these searches actually resolve. Service and Offer markup carry the packages and their prices, FAQPage carries the questions people ask before booking, and the address, coordinates, and contact point tie the business to a place. That is what lets a search engine, or an assistant answering for one, respond to a local question with this business instead of a directory listing.

02 The assistant

An assistant that knows the shop, not just the internet.

Turbo is the chat assistant on the site. It runs on the studio-built Sputnik AI Chat platform, a multi-tenant Cloudflare Worker where Clean Getaway is a configured tenant rather than a bespoke bot.

The value is in the grounding. Turbo answers from a curated knowledge file describing the real services, the products actually used, the policies, and what each job costs, with the sources for that knowledge tracked alongside it. Scheduling and human handoff are both enabled for the tenant, so a conversation can move toward a booked job, and can stop and fetch a person when the work needs judgment rather than a quote.

It is also tested, which is the part most chat widgets skip. A suite of 29 evaluation cases asserts what specific questions must return, down to naming the exact product used for a trim restoration and the price attached to it. That turns a vague sense that the bot seems fine into something that can fail a check before a customer ever sees it.

  • Grounded knowledge base
  • Tracked sources
  • Scheduling enabled
  • Human handoff
  • 29 answer evaluations
  • Deferred, idle-time load
03 The phone line

The number on the site is answered by the AI too.

A detailer is under a car, or driving, or holding a polisher. The calls that arrive while both hands are busy are the ones that go to a competitor. So the phone line is not a forwarded mobile number.

The number published on the site is a Twilio line, and both inbound voice and inbound SMS route to an ElevenLabs voice agent. Someone who calls gets an assistant that can answer questions about the work, quote from the same published pricing the website shows, and schedule. Someone who texts that number reaches the same assistant on the same line. When a caller needs a human, the agent hands them over rather than talking in circles.

That is the part of the package that is genuinely hard to buy off a shelf: chat, phone, and text answered consistently, from one set of facts about one business, without the owner having to be the switchboard.

  • Twilio local number
  • ElevenLabs voice agent
  • Inbound calls answered
  • Inbound texts answered
  • Quoting and scheduling
  • Handoff to a person

Every system on the stack.

A website, an assistant, and a phone line are one product here. The site sets the prices and the promises, the assistant answers from those same facts, and the phone line answers with them when nobody is free to pick up.

Sys 01

The website

A custom site for a business whose customers are deciding on a phone, usually in a hurry, usually comparing two or three shops at once.

  • Published pricing Every package priced on the page rather than hidden behind a quote request
  • Local service schema Service, Offer, FAQPage, PostalAddress, GeoCoordinates, and ContactPoint markup for local search
  • Booking path A direct route from any service to a booking, with call and text as equal options
  • Proof sections Before and after work, customer reviews, the service area, and the people who show up
Sys 02

Turbo, the AI assistant

A chat assistant running on the studio-built Sputnik AI Chat platform, a multi-tenant Cloudflare Worker. Clean Getaway is a tenant on it, not a separate one-off build.

  • Grounded answers Answers come from a curated knowledge file of real services, products, and policies, with its sources tracked
  • Scheduling Scheduling is enabled for the tenant, so the assistant can move a conversation toward a booked job
  • Human handoff Handoff is enabled, so the assistant gives way to a person instead of guessing
  • Tested answers 29 evaluation cases assert what specific questions must return, including exact products and prices
  • Deferred load The widget loads on idle after page load, so the assistant never competes with the first paint
Sys 03

The AI phone and text line

The number on the website is not a forwarded cell phone. It is a Twilio line whose inbound voice and inbound SMS both route to an ElevenLabs voice agent.

  • Twilio number A local Atlanta area code number provisioned on Twilio and live in use
  • ElevenLabs agent Inbound calls hand off to an ElevenLabs agent that can answer, quote, and schedule
  • Text on the same line Inbound SMS routes to the same agent, so a text and a call reach the same assistant
  • Escalation to a person The agent passes the call to a human when the job needs one
04 The package

This is what the AI-Powered Websites package produces.

Clean Getaway is a working example of a productized offer, not a one-off custom build. The same website, assistant, and optional phone systems are what a local business signs up for.

If you run a local service business and want the version of this built for your trade, the service page carries what is included, what is optional, and what it costs.
