WHAT IS
YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Several factors are at work here.
First, files that arrive by Wednesday generally have a 48 hour
turnaround before they can ship. We do not print on the
weekends, however. Please keep that in mind since files
arriving over the weekend will not get to press until Monday morning
at the earliest. Folding,
binding, custom cutting, and matchprints will add at least 24 hours
to your order depending on your request. Factors such as
mechanical breakdowns and shipping company practices are out of our
control and we can not be held responsible if they affect a shipment
from arriving "on time". For this reason we do not "guarantee" when
a package will get there, however you do have our promise to do
"everything that is reasonably possible" to get your package to its
final destination in a speedy fashion.

IF I SUPPLY MY OWN
FILES, DO I HAVE TO PAY A DESIGN FEE?
Absolutely not! Your press ready files will be printed
with no extra charges or penalties.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS
ARE AVAILABLE?
Our standard shipping
method is via the use of Delta Air Cargo. Delta Airlines and their
partners reach almost all commercial airlines in North America.
Typically, we will include one box
Delta Dash Overnight ($65 for up to 50#) on your invoice. If
your job is over 50 pounds in final weight, you need to inform us
how you would like to handle the remainder of the boxes. We can
include another Dash, or send the rest of the boxes via Delta 1st
Freight Collect, or we can ship the remainder UPS Ground. If you do
not want to use Delta Dash shipping, please inform us as quickly as
possible. We can ship via Delta, Continental, UPS, or FedEx.
Sorry, but FedEx Ground service is not yet available. If shipping
arrangements aren't made in advance, you will be contacted at
shipping time for more info on what to do with any additional
packages.

All packages ship from zip code 90620.
Note on Delta Dash:
Delta will refund 50% of the shipment price if they do not
transport the DASH shipment on the designated flight with the
exception of delays caused by mechanical or weather conditions. If
your package was delayed by Delta, please keep all paperwork and fax
it to us. We will help you file for your refund. It is a lengthy
process, but it is available from Delta in certain situations.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY
MIND?
We do not give refunds. You are ordering a custom product that
we cannot resell to anyone but you. Our prices are low while
cost is high, so we have no room for non-payment or refunds.
If your printing job is beneath our standards, however, we will
reprint them or give you credit towards your next order if the
substandard quality demands it. We want to keep our clients
happy. We print on a product that is harsh to the environment
in that it is a paper resource which, of course, comes from trees.
It is expensive to keep the business clean and up to environmental
standards. We will offer credit, or equal exchange.
Nothing gets printed until its paid in full. Nothing gets
designed until a 50% deposit is made.
